This would depend on what kind of anchors they are. If there in concrete, forget, just cut them. But there in just the ground and depending on what kind they are, but most can just be unscrewed right out of the ground. They are like one of those dog tie outs that screw in the ground. But yours would be much longer and bigger so you will need something like a big bar then unscrew counter clock wise.
