Hi, I need more information in order for me to help you with your stairs. I need to know exactly what you need help with and the height of the deck to the ground to where the stairs will end up sitting on.

Steps 35' long height of steps one end 26" high the other end is 16" high. what to do

First off I still more way more information. What is the height from the deck to the ground to where the stairs are going. What do you need help with, your not clear on this. I understand the deck is not level, thats the easy part. Read my article on building stairs (how to frame stairs) I think this is what your looking for
