Sure thing, but I need to know how high off the ground to you want it and how many people at once would be on it and what it would be sitting on..

Does if have to be off the Ground? It would be in my backyard for a a birthday party. I Did measurements it has to be 9 x 16 feet for sure. I\' M thinking at least 20 teens at a time. Maybe 5 6 inches off the ground it would be in the grass

No it doesn't really to lay right on the ground. Here is one way you can do this.

Using 2x6's

You will need

3 4x4 x 10 feet long
2 2x6 x 10 feet long
16 2x6 x 8 feet long
5 3/4 4'x8' plywood

And then of course you can level the 4x4's using blocks or bricks.

Sounds and looks great. Still running a little high is this the most simple way i can get this done? Lots of work for 4 hour event. Thanks for everything.

I know what you mean, it's really not that bad but is the strongest. You can try just laying 2x4's flat about 20 inches apart and just screwing the plywood down over the 2x4's. But you will have soft (spongy) areas.
