laminate_floor.jpgHere I'll explain the pros and cons of laminate flooring. I mean they are great but are they for you. Ever notice the big differance in price of these floors. Well for the most part there are reasons for this.what you don't want to do is to buy the cheapest floor you can find, unless it works for your budget.

Now don't get me wrong I love them. However there was a time when I didn't like them at all, until one day I was just finishing a big addition project that took more them three months to complete. Well since the home owner all ready had laminate flooring in the rest of the house they thought it would be a great idea to also have the floor continue in the new addition. Well I was up about ten high on a ladder installing a ceiling fan and I had to make a adjustment with a hammer. Well needless to say I dropped the hammer straight now on the floor, BAMM what a noise. I thought for sure I was going to have to start replacing that new floor I just put in that day. To my surprise there wasn't even a scratch. I was now sold on laminate flooring.

They are also so much easier to clean. I now try to talk my customers into laminate.
