I Mike, if the grease is normal cooking grease just use a good grease cutting dish soap works good. If itd super heavy you can use a lacquer thinner works real good. But this depend on who the cabinets are finished. Meaning if they are painted becareful. Try on the inside first of the cabinet first. One thing I have done before is to remove the doors and use a good soap and soft brush not letting the them soak to long....
