rubbing_door.jpgIn this do it your self video I'll show you how to trim the bottom of your wood door the right way. Simple easy done. I touch on how to make the bottom of the door look straight.

One of the biggest things to remember is never rush. Rushing will only make things go wrong. Besides cutting a finger or two off. While cutting the door always go slow and steady, DON'T STOP. Always keep your eyes on the saw and line. 

Cutting a hollow door can be a little tricky because of the vernier used is very thin and can splinter up. In this case and always when cutting a door use a fine tooth blade and go slow. Going slow is very important. On painted doors that you really don't want to mark up use a wide tape over the area to be cut and wide enough for the saw.
