We have just purchased some Allure laminate plank flooring. We live in TX, we will be installing it over concrete, previous laminate and possibly some ceramic so any suggestions would be apprecated. 1st question, do we need to put down a moisture barrier over the concrete?

Putting moisture barrier will depend on the type of slab and the moisture produced by it.
