It took TWO MONTHS to get a permit. I had a party once they issued it.
In this second video, I discovered just how bad the rot was. It was very hard to see just how bad it was beforehand. Well, we got into it, to say the least. Here, see for yourself.

As of Jan 25 2020 I’m still waiting on the building permit. They take so so long.
Unbelievable great job you are doing you must have a lot of patience and obviously you have a lot skill lots of luck can’t wait to see when it’s all done!
