Oh this took some time to complete. But it was well worth it.

I bought these two houses right before the pandemic and started with the back house. And completed them sometime in February 2024.

Both of these houses underwent more than just a complete renovation. Both have a completely new septic, all-new sheathing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical from the outlets to the pole, windows, doors, sheetrock, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and trim. I mean everything.

The whole project for both houses took me just over 3 years.

Was it worth it? sure it was. This was something like my 6 houses to buy cheap, make the repairs, and sell them off for a nice profit.
