My heater stops working and I see a red light blinking. A serviceman came and cleaned everything, changed the pump. I refilled the oil tank and allowed it to bleed and it started working. But after a few hours it stopped working again. I bleeded it myself then it started working again and then again after few hours stopped working. Please suggest how to fix it.

Sounds like you have an air leak somewhere within the oil line. Check all connections.
