There was no rain in the forecast but it rained about five hours after application on a section of the deck. There is a lot of white over the surface. What do I do? Do I have to strip the section that was done? Regards Alex

Honestly white is an effect of water on a latex product. I would let it bake in the sun for awhile and see if the white goes away first.
