How do I replace the belt in a whole house ceiling fan? I already have the belt, but I don’t know what to adjust to get the belt to fit.

Please briefly explain why you feel this answer should be reported.
You should be able to release the motor to losing the old belt and then retighten for the new belt. But really not all are the same.
