Wiring a Stove top

I have 2 wires a black and a white plus copper groungd wires. I need to hook up my stovetop which has 3 wires a black a white and a red wire plus a oopper ground.
How do I hook these up correctly?

ok good deal. Then both your black and white are the hots. You should be able to tie the whites and grounds together. But some stoves do require a separate neutral. So in that case you would need to run a new wire.
On your new stove the black and the red are the hots.

The black and white w/ground wires come from my main box.
White hooked on one side of double pole an blace on other side
