Fascia board not protected by gutter

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.

Please see photo – does anyone know a fix for this issue?  The fascia board extends and is not protected by the gutter so rain water runs down the exposed board.  Is there a cap for this?

    It just seems that the gutter was not installed right. Do you have any other pictures from a different angle?
