Hello. I want to put up a tv bracket on a party wall of semi detached house. I only have a double plug socket in the location that would presumably be running upwards and i would miss. No pipes or rads or gas anywhere near on my side. House built in 1960s so believe wall thickness be approx 11in, 2 bricks and plaster both sides. Just wondered on likelyhood of finding electrics or pipes from neighbours cut into wall, only need to go 60mm deep so assume that be within the one brick my side and nothing of theirs should be anywhere near. Thanks for any clarification.

It’s always a funny thing when you open up a wall or just drilling into a stud. You just never know what you’re going to find. But to me sounds like you should be fine.
Hey just wondering here, I’ve been working on this site all morning. How was the speed for you and was it easy enough to sign in to ask a question?
