I have a pool heater that requires 220v but the manufacturer said all i need is the 2 hots and no nuetral how do i run that because i have it connected it’s a 81amp 220v heater i have a 100amp breaker with the 2 hots and it getting extremely hot the wires and the breaker reaching 100 degrees what can i do to fix this

I need to know about your heater. Being hot the first thing I would wonder is the wire size.

What other info would help so i can get it to you, would a wire being to big cause it to get hot

The model number and brand would really help. And no. Only if the wire was too small.
