Hello.
I watched your video on this topic, it was very information and its what leads me to ask, if the main power -breaker is turned off before attempting to change out this 20 amp. break, is there any fear or concern for electrical shock hazard.? I need two replaced and I am being quoted 285.00 to have them don. I would rather save me the 200.00 and do it myself. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    When ever you are in a panel you will always have the risk. However if the main breaker is off the two hot buss bars will be dead. Those are the bars that the break connects to.
