Is there a DIY solution to an uneven patio slab?

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
Our concrete slab was originally an enclosed addition to the house, but we kept it in place when the addition was torn down. However, standing water collects in the middle when it rains, adjacent to the house. We’ve looked into pricey solutions like having the slab lifted and material poured underneath, but I’m wondering if there’s anything we can do ourselves to solve the problem.

Oh sure there is. But how bad is it? If you have a picture, post it here. But yes, you can just level / fill the low spots with a mortar with an acrylic additive. This was it bonds nicely.
