Hi Dominick,
I am having a little trouble with a GFCI in my home. It want reset. I reset the breaker that the panel says the outlet is on and I also tried just resetting it at the outlet, but still didn’t reset. I walked around to see if something was causing it to stay tripped and I can’t seem to find it. I thought it was a bad outlet, but the I tripped the breaker and when to change it out and I still had voltage behind it. so is that because the outlet is on a different circuit than what the panel says and or what els can it be.

I would replace the outlet and make sure you have the feed (power) going to the correct side of the outlet and the load as well.
