Running power to sub panel using 6/3 wire

Mr. Amorosso I have a Square D sub panel and its in my 12×24 building I am making into a man cave.  The video you did was excellent, but I have a different looking box its a 100 amp.  I am using 6/3 wire and I am not sure about wiring it I am not very electric savey and I cant afford an electrician to do it on a retired military salary LOL, so if you can help me that would be awesome so I dont electrocute myself.

    Hi, I have the crew coming over this morning to film a sub-panel today. This is an already installed sub-panel showing how I did it with all the installed wiring with 220 and 110 lines. This should be of help for you.
