Hi, I have sealed my concrete basement walls with 3 coats of Drylok masonry sealer/paint. I want to build a medium size room and I am aware that you should not put the framed 2X4 wall against unfinished concrete walls but since they have been sealed with Drylok, I am wondering if it is OK to place the framed wall directly against the concrete wall?

There is two reasons not to place the framing right up against the walls. One the moisture of course and your basements wall are always not the straightest.
Just keep them level and at least an inch away from the wall.
