My gas stove does not push all the way back against the wall because of this thing.
I have a big black outlet behind my gas stove that has a tube like wire going in the bottom of the wall. There is nothing plugged into it. This thing is keeping my stove from pushing all the way back. Do I need this behind my gas stove? Thank you!

That really sounds like you had an electric stove there before the gas one. Yeah just remove it, but you’ll make to disconnect it from the panel FIRST.
