I have a welder machine running from a 220 v and it has a breaker of 30 amps. It was fine when I used the welding machine on dc positive but one I went to dc negative the breaker jumped so I was wondering if I can replace the 30 amp breaker for something like a 50 amp breaker to supply enough power to my equipment

Yes you can, however when you increase the amps you should replace the wire as well.
