I want to install an exterior breaker panel (240V 60 amp) 70 feet total conductor run. I plan to install a grounding rod at the electrical entrance to the barn (building) and expect to use an exterior breaker box with 4 circuits and 2 spaces. I plan to use a “main lug” box. I want to install 2 15 amp circuits for a table saw and chop saw and the other circuit for general use tools and Fluorescent lighting. Also, I want to have an available 40 or 50 amp 240v circuit for an arc welder. (in the future)
I plan to use a 3/4 inch PVC conduit (Schedule 40) buried 24 +inches. I plan on 3 conductors #6 THHN with a 60Amp breaker in the main feed just after the meter.
Can you please advise me of any other considerations I should plan for before I proceed?
Thank you so much

Sounds like you have it under control. But I would use at least 1 1/4″ conduit.
