Hi Dominick,
Great Video. I just tried the cleaner on two small sections of roof. I see improvement on 1 and not so much on the other.The mixture is exact to your specs. About 15 minutes after the application I rinsed the roofs down. Are you supposed to rinse it off or leave the solution on until rain washes it off? If you are to rinse it off how long do you wait after the application? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

It really depends on how bad your roof is. Mix it a little stronger. I like to rinse after I see a clean roof. Some are so bad that you have to rinse otherwise it will dry dirty.
