Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.

I have a building with a concrete floor that has commercial grade carpet on top.  I would like to put allure vinyl flooring over the carpet which would alleviate taking up the carpet that is glued down.  Is this recommended?

    Unfortunately you will have to remove the carpet.
