My husband and I have tried everything… We recently purchased a fixer upper home. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, the problem it’s that the previous owner had a room where dogs were kept. The room smells awful from urine. We have scrubbed the floors, used baking soda and even tried a Urine destroyer. Nothing has worked. We are going to be sanding the floors as they are in rough shape…any other ideas to be the smell out? Thank you!!

Amazing how people treat their own houses right. Really sanding them down should do the trick.
