I am looking to add a few outlets in my basement, but the walls are covered in floor to ceiling blanket insulation. What is the best way to attach conduit and boxes to the wall.

I would normally be able to do that if I could attach right to the concrete but it is not exposed. It is behind the insulation and vapor barrier.

I’m not really following you. I would think you would have some kind of studding. Can you post a picture of what you have?
