Can I use the black tip from a pressure washer to spray my roof with shock. Do I have to water down my plants or cover them with plastic.

    No, you can not ever use a power washer on a roof, no matter what. As well as the SH will kill your power washer good and forever.

    Yes, wet all plants before hand and then rinse very well afterwards.
