Hello,

Recently myself and a few friends were messing around and one was pushed into the drywall. This made a pretty big hole but the dry was still attached at the top, only pushed in. We were able to bring it out and I used mesh tape along the edges. I put the first layer of spackle on but it is still uneven. I was wonder if there was a way to fix this without cutting out the whole piece of drywall. My plan as of know is to just keep adding layers of spackle until it is relatively even. Thank you for your help. attached is a picture of what is looks like after first layer.

Oh boy lol. The right way is to cut it out. However if you use a very wide spackle knife you may get it to look ok. Try like a 12 or 14 inch knife.
