Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
I have a single pole 220 volt welder,here in canada single pole 220 volt is not available how i get around it to use the machine—-can I use the double pole 220 volt–I mean from the welder one wire is made hot–120volt and the other neutral wire is made another hot,to plug into the outlet.leaving the ground as ground—–it will work or break the welder
