Dominick, first thanks for the great info on how we can do it ourselves.
On making your moss killer potion. I do not have any pool supply stores within 155 miles. The pools are in the High schools. I have checked with all the Hot tub places and not liquid shock. they all recommended a pool&Spa made by clorox. This is a powder. Can I use this and if so what portions for a mix. Mossy in Alaska.

You must only use liquid pool shock. (SH) A powder is not SH..
