This is the building that I want to put steps to. Forgive me but I am a novice and I want to save money by building the steps myself. So far I have figured out that it will take either 4/5 steps. From ground up to the floor is about 33″ to top of floor. My problem is using the framing square to mark off the appropriate measurements. A little confused and I want to get it right. Can you please help this novice carpenter?
