220 volt outlet conversion

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.

I have a miller stick welder with a 3 prong plug that i need to convert to be able to plug it in to my 220 volt round receptical on my generator. Is there a conversion adaptor avaliable i can get so i dont have to cut the cord from my welder?
