Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.

Both my 3 way switches have 1 black 1 red 1 white 1 ground by following instructions I connect common terminals and two travelers and grounds   Question there is only one set of wires in each box where is power coming from? One box should have two right  one from circuit and other  going to other 3 way switch or is power coming from light fixture  Help
