Would love to see a video about how to properly connect natural gas pipes as well as how to properly turn gas back on after turning it off at the meter. I need to cap a pipe, but am going to have to turn it off at the meter to do it. Most of the advice I see is: “call the gas company.” I did, and they want $180 just to cap a pipe.

Yes, I converted a gas lantern on my mailbox to electric. I will get a picture posted.

Why do you need to cap it off, are you removing something?
