Hello,

I recently purchased a house and the previous owners decided to apply, what I believe is a gel stain over all but 2 cabinet doors. How can I remove the stain and get back to the original doors. The stain that’s on all of the cabinet doors is thick and sticky and it’s hard to get the cabinet doors open. How can I fix this?

    You could use a paint remover, that will do a nice job but to get the best results you’ll have to sand and sand some more.
