Years ago I removed a four prong female from wall, I’m reinstalling, There are two all black wires (Power), one black with white stripe (Sys Grnd??) and then bare wires ( equip. grnd??)

Is this correct? If I look at diagram on bag,
01. the rounded prong is at top (EquipGrnd bare wires),
02. the two flat prongs at each side are power – the two all black wires, and
03. the middle bottom flat prong is – SysGrnd all black wire with white line.???? Does this look correct?

First things first. Know this. Electric knows no color. Use a tester to ground to determine what’s what and you’ll have your answer.

    Dominick,
Just letting you, there was a problem after checking with meter as you suggested, so I opened the panel open completely. The breakers for the stove, A/C are in main incoming power box with meter at top. The solid blacks were hots, the black with white stripe and the twisted bare cable both were attached to the same bar, is that correct. Both grounds end up on same ground bar?

The problem was when I switched from electric to gas stove, I rigged ( I know, I know) one of the powers to work on a 110V recept to use electric for gas stoves control panel and I removed one of the two breakers when I did that. Going to store tomorrow to buy two new breakers. Thanks so much for the guidance!

Yes, neutral and ground can be on the same bus bar. Always my pleasure.
